PT. Century Investment Futures is registered under Commodity Future Trading Regulatory Agency (CoFTRA) since 2004. CoFTRA is a government institution that regulates, control, and supervise all Futures Trading activities in Indonesia. Century Investment Futures license permit is 411/BAPPEBTI/SI/PN.01/XI/2004.
PT. Century Investment Futures is a member of two exchange houses: Jakarta Futures Exchange (JFX) and Indonesia Commodity and Derivative Exchange (ICDX), with JFX’s membership number of No.SPAB-061/BBJ/02/04 and ICDX’s membership number of No.082/SPKB/ICDX/Dir/II/2013.
JFX and ICDS are Future Exchange houses that provide the system and facilities to trade Commodity Futures and Derivative Contracts.
Untuk melengkapi Legalitasnya, PT. Century juga menjadi anggota dari dua Lembaga Kliring yaitu PT. Kliring Berjangka Indonesia (KBI) atau Indonesian Derivatives Clearing House dan Indonesia Clearing House (ICH).KBI dan ICH adalah badan usaha yang menyelenggarakan dan menyediakan sistem dan/atau sarana untuk pelaksanaan kliring dan penjaminan penyelesaian transaksi Perdagangan Berjangka. PT Century Investment Futures memiliki nomor ijin anggota KBI No.29/AK-KBI/X/2004 dan ISI, No.58/SPKK/ISI-CIF/II/2013.
PT. Century Investment Futures is also a member of PT. Realtime Forex Indonesia (RTFI). RTFI reports all transactions in Futures, Derivatives Contract Sharia, and / or other derivatives contracts on the Futures Exchange to the Clearing House and Exchange house.
